Melody Acres has many unique characteristics: large lots (mostly 1/2 acres), horsekeeping rights and other farm animal-keeping rights.
We are also home to three (3) operational vineyards in Melody Acres – how many neighborhoods can lay claim to that?
We have amazing fruit tree specialists and neighbors who grow awesome vegetables and whose chickens lay delicious fresh eggs.
One way to meet those neighbors is to come to our annual block parties, which are usually held in the fall.
